<p>The up-flow pressure screen selects screen hole diameter or slot width by process requirements, capacity, pulp quality and screening consistency. Its screen drum uses stainless steel slotted or bar screens with hard chrome plating to improve abrasion resistance.</p><p>For the rotor wing, a fine screen rotor is equipped with 4 wings and strictly dynamically balanced after assembly; coarse screens use more wings by capacity. During operation the wings generate pulses that keep pulp flowing through the drum surface at high speed, preventing clogging.</p><p>Overall, the up-flow structure with wear-resistant drum and wings significantly improves screening efficiency and extends component life, an important cleaning step in the pulping line.</p>
