Overview
The pressure screen rotor wing is the core part of the up-flow pressure screen. Several wings are mounted on the rotor and dynamically balanced after assembly, generating pulses during operation to keep the screen surface clean. Delike matches wing count, material and linear speed to the screen drum and process requirements, with optional wear-resistant treatment for screening efficiency and service life. Custom production of various pressure screen rotors from drawings/samples is supported.
